LOOKBOOK / SUMMER 2026
STILL CHOOSING
Thirteen years ago, Güven and I secretly eloped.
We comingled our lives so we could keep dating without borders.
It was romantic, practical, impulsive, serious, and completely ours.
Over the years, our love has moved through countries, weddings, babies, grief, businesses, reinvention, death, distance, caregiving, and all the unglamorous daily work of building a shared life.
We have changed many times inside of it. Still becoming more honest. More ourselves & more willing to let love evolve instead of asking it to remain recognizable.
On April 20, thirteen years after we eloped, we stepped in front of photographer and filmmaker Nicole Leone Miller’s camera. We wanted to document this version of us. Not performing a fantasy about long-term love.. just two people who have had the unique privilege of sticking it out long enough to find the juicy part again.
Wild acceptance, openness to difference, grace for the unintended missteps along the way.. The intimacy of knowing what we have survived, what we have repaired, and what we are still learning how to hold.
Nicole captured us with so much permission. She gave us space to move, tease, soften, undress, laugh, and exist beside each other without forcing the moment. & the result feels like us.. tender & playful, counter-cultural.. a little exposed.. & yes, still taking our clothes off.
This shoot also became the visual world for our first new Cotton Tee collection.
That made sense too.
The cotton tee is intimate in its own quiet way. It lives close to the body. It is worn during the most ordinary parts of a life.. the coffee, the work, the errands, the travel, the rest, the conversation after everyone else has gone home. It asks very little.
The collection is made from 100% Turkish cotton, shaped by generations of textile knowledge. No synthetic blends added to manufacture softness or drape. Just careful study of cotton, yarn, construction, washing, structure, and movement.
Fluid technology.
The lookbook moves through four versions of the story.
Together, the images tell a simple story.
We are still here, choosing, creating, changing, and still making the pieces we want to live our real lives in.
